My name is Carlos Bates or Mr. Carlos! I am from Atlanta, Ga and moved to Denver 5 years ago! I have been working with kids since I was 18 years old and that’s when I knew I wanted to work inside a school as someone who could make a difference in a kid’s life. I love to laugh, have fun, and I am always positive. I am married and I have 3 years old twins, a boy and a girl. My wife’s name is Brittany, my son’s name is Linden and my daughter name is Braelyn. They are my world! I love Football, Reggae music, I love working out, and I love making breakfast. One of my favorite quotes that I live by and I read every morning is by Bob Marley and it says:
